Hey H.S, Im starting college in september and when I purchased the Nikon D80 from Ebay, only a spanish manual came with the camera. Please could you email me the manual to kelz-luvz-yhuu@hotmail.co.uk, as I need to know how the thing works before I start!

My boyfriend recently purchased a Nikon D-80 on E-bay, However it only had a spanish manual. I have been looking, but cannot find one in english. Why is this so difficult? This purchase was made legally, yet i cannot operate it properly due to the fact that Nikon refuses to allow the manual to be published and/or purchased unless you get the camera for retail. Thats crazy, can you help me out? I HAVE to make sure everyone who wants this camera, or any Nikon is aware of this. I will post a blog, and an article in the paper i work for. In the meantime, Please let me know if theres ANYTHING you can suggest. Thanks a million!!

Where on the camera will I find the SN (there is a # on the bottom, but it is not marked as the SN)? And, to whom do I provide it?

Why are so many having difficulty downloading the printable version?

All you need to do is provide the serial number of your camera.
